Mark as Useful Have been called before and answered. Caller wanting me to purchase extended warranty, stating my original warranty was about to expire. So, I asked which vehicle was coming out of warranty, and he stated, "the one you drive".Needless to say I hung up and since have not answered there repeated calls.

Mark as Useful What they do is call and ask for your copier model number and then send you a bunch of ink and toner and bill you for it and it's almost impossible to straighten it out.
